Week 7 was so much fun! At the beginning of the week, we spent a lot of time together playing, exploring, reading, and just having fun before the hustle and bustle of Christmas began. We went on a walk and collected leaves, dandelions, and and other nature-y things we could find for Logan’s sensory bucket. We played with sidewalk chalk and enjoyed the nice weather outside.
.
Someone got worn out from a busy day and fell asleep in his Daddy’s arms. I think he probably would have stayed like this forever if Chris would have let him.
.
We read lots of stories about snowmen. We had a chance for winter weather towards the end of the week, so we were trying to prepare Logan for that fun adventure.
.
Atticus slept. A lot. Seriously… this baby sleeps more than any baby I’ve ever seen! And he will sleep just about anywhere.
.
Daddy read some stories, too. Logan’s at that age where he LOVES books and wants to read stories all the time. I hope he always loves books as much as he does right now.
.
We also ate some Play-Doh. Yuck!
.
And modeled our new hat and gloves that came in just in time for the Icepocalypse.
.
Takes after his Gramps! 😉 (This bottle was empty, fyi!)
.
Chris taught Logan how to do leaf rubbing with the leaves that we found on our walk.
.
And they read stories about Santa. We knew that we would be taking the boys to see Santa in a few weeks and wanted to talk as much about him as we could to help prepare Logan.
.
Atticus had some snuggle time with Chris after Logan went to sleep. By the looks of it, he puked all over him, too!
.
The end of the week we were iced in together. I’ve already blogged all of those photos– there were way too many for one blog post! You can check them out here:
