We were visited by the teething monster this week. And when I say monster, I mean it in every sense of the word:

And for the record, I wasn’t just videoing him crying. I was using the camera on the front of the phone so he could see himself. That usually cheers him up!! We had already tried changing his diaper, nursing, playing, watching his favorite Baby Einstein video, and walking around outside. Nothing was working! We wound up giving teething tabs and rocking and nursing in a dark room with some white noise playing until he fell asleep. Poor guy. Teething sucks!
We watched Sarah again this week, but we kept it pretty low key since Logan was so sad for a large part of the week. I was just looking through my phone and realized that we took a ton of video. Here are the best ones (though none of them are particularly compelling).
.
Logan’s new favorite activity is opening cabinet doors.

Logan laughing while he gets his tummy nibbled on. This was a particularly rough day so I was trying to do everything to keep him happy.

Teething pain finally won. I let Logan share a popscicle with me. Though it wasn’t an actual popscicle… it was made with fruit. Still too much sugar for a tiny baby, in my opinion.

Since I was so video happy on this day, Sarah decided that she wanted to create a video of her own. She calls it. “Logan vampire”.

Other than taking a bunch of videos, we had a pretty uneventful week. I guess one awesome thing that happened was that Logan got a train table. He is too young for it right now… well, unless you count the fact that he loves to use it to pull himself up. We got a great deal on it from one of the ladies in my Momma group, so I couldn’t pass it up! This thing sells for $150 brand new and we got it for $40!

Last weekend was a weekend full of family. Saturday evening we cooked for Gramps, Gram, Spencer, and Baillie. Then on Sunday, Nana, Pop Pop, and Aunt Lauren came over for dinner. Logan enjoyed the food, too! That kid loves Mexican food. He is covered in guacamole, refried beans, and little pieces of blueberries and cherries.
Hanging upside down like the little monkey he is.
Biting the couch in his playroom. He is constantly biting everything thanks to those 2 front teeth that he is working on.
Using his iPad to check his facebook. 🙂

That’s all I have for this week. Stay tuned for next week! We have a doctor’s appointment and will be getting weighed and measured to see how much we have grown!
