AHHHHHH!  My TinyBaby is 16 weeks old!  What the hell?!  Where is all the time going?  I’m scared to blink…

.

Week 16 was my second week back at school… I only have 7 more to go.  It’s still hard to get up and go to work.  But I don’t cry about it anymore.  Last week, I cried on the way to school and on the way home.  I think I’m just too tired to cry now.  Or too busy thinking about all the stuff I have to get done.  Being a working mom is hard work!!  I commend all you Mommas that have been doing it way longer than I have.

..

So, I didn’t take as many pictures as I normally do which I feel super bad about.  We had a 3 day weekend last weekend because of Good Friday.  I’m really thankful that my first week back was only 4 days.  I already posted about Easter, so I won’t repeat myself.  The rest of the week was full of me working on getting things re-organized at work and trying to balance our home life with the additional stress that going back to work has put on us. Lauren has been doing a great job taking care of Logan during the day, so I’m not having to worry about him.  I still check in quite a few times, but I’m pretty sure that’s just what moms do.

.

I’m definitely not getting enough sleep.  Logan’s bedtime is between 8 and 9.  I try to put him down closer to 9 so I have time to spend with him, but if he’s acting like a super grump, he goes down earlier.  After he’s in bed, I have to wash bottles, set out his clothes for the next day, do the diaper laundry, get my pump and supplies packed for the next day and try to straighten up the house.  Plus, I usually have some work to do that I have brought home.  I’m getting in bed around 11pm.  Then he wakes up to nurse sometime between 1 and 2.  I feed him and put him back down, but then we’re up again at 5 to nurse and start our day.  Well, I start my day, he nurses and goes back to sleep until 8ish.  Lucky little guy!!

.

I know, I know… lets get out the violins and play me a sad song.  Whomp. Whomp.

.

And for the record, my wonderful, loving husband does help me.  I just reread the previous paragraph and realized that it makes me sound like I am a single parent.  That’s totally not the case.  Chris does a fantastic job of helping me keep the house clean, laundry done and yard mowed.  He also will bring the baby to me in the middle of the night so I don’t have to get out of bed to feed him.  He’s doing a great job… I just need him to create 12 more hours in the day so we can all catch up on our sleep! 🙂

Now for the few pictures that I have for the week:

.

These were all taken during our Sunday morning snuggle time.  He was making silly faces at me.  I was trying to get a picture of them, but it was too dark without the flash (first picture) but when I turned on the flash, he was not happy about it (second 2 pictures).

Our TinyFat can hold his own bottles now.  Not very well, but for a few seconds at a time.

I discovered this stop sign while we were hunting for garage sales in our neighborhood.  I’m in love with it and wish it were right in front of my house.

Here’s a video I took in the middle of the week.  I realized that I hadn’t been taking many pictures so thought a boring little video would help make up for it!

I just ordered a new lens cover for my iPhone’s camera.  It has gotten scratched up and is now making the pictures all cloudy looking.  I’m hoping that I can replace it myself with the part that I ordered.  Otherwise, I am going to have to start toting around the 7D! 🙂
