Week 14 was my last week of maternity leave. I tried my hardest to get everything on my to do list checked off while still making sure that I made time to do fun stuff with Mr. Logan. In other words, I completely wore myself out. Unfortunately, getting this blog written was at the bottom of my list which is why I am just now getting around to it. I tried to get it written during this past week, but I spent every second with Logan once I got home from work. Here is week 14 in pictures:

On Saturday morning, I went out with my friend Ashley on a garage sale adventure. Logan stayed home with Daddy. He also wore jeans for the first time! He looks like he should be in the Little Rascals!
.
.
He also started sitting in his highchair more this weekend. Instead of putting him in his bouncy seat while we eat, or are trying to get things done, we would put him in his highchair with some toys. He likes it for a short amount of time. Then it’s like he gets frustrated that he can’t quite reach all of the toys on the tray.

Here’s a little video of him sitting him the chair.

We used our chair to sit outside while we ate breakfast on Sunday morning.

Chris and I have been working very hard on the backyard (a blog post that’s on my list of things to do), so we have been trying to spend a lot of time out there!
.
.
We enjoyed some snuggle time with our friend Petey. Petey’s favorite thing to do it lick the baby. So, I make him keep his distance. I don’t like my baby covered in Petey slobber!
.
.
We went to Mothergoose Time at the library. Our friends Cathy and Violet were there! We also went on a picnic and a walk around the park with our friends, but I forgot to take any pictures of that!
.
.
Logan and Violet. Logan has lots of pretty ladies in his life!
.
.
After Mothergoose Time, we went for some brunch at a little hole in the wall in Denton. It was yummy! Violet took a nap while TinyFat ate his hand.
.
.
TinyFat also spent a lot of time outside this week. While I was trimming back our rose bushes in the backyard, he played on a blanket. He eventually fell asleep. He is such a little hippie baby.
.
.
Then he woke up hungry and angry!
.
.
Please excuse my face in this next picture. I look like a mess, but I thought TinyFat looked too cute not to share! Actually, he kind of looks like a girl with his red shirt and necklace. Don’t tell Gramps or Pop Pop that Momma’s dressing their boy like a little girl!

It was a great week. I feel like I got everything done that needed to get done, and still spent a lot of quality time with my guy!
