Last Friday was TinyFat’s 3 month birthday.  It was also Gramps’ 29th birthday. 🙂

.

The family got together on Sunday at Dad and Valerie’s house to celebrate together.  Dad and Val cooked up some food.  It was amazing as usual.  Then we spent the rest of the time hanging out together outside in Dad’s gorgeous backyard.  We had a lot of fun!

Chris and I took along the camera to document the family time.  Chris was demonstrating our camera’s awesome shutter speed to Spencer.  After I loaded the pictures to my computer, I decided to make gifs from some of the images Chris took.  I like gifs.  They make me happy and remind me of Harry Potter.  You know how all the pictures move in their frames and albums?  It’s like they are all gifs.  Here are some gifs of my family having fun:

.

My sister, Baillie, is a hot gif.

.

.

Grandma is also a gif.  She’s on the lookout for Pit Bulls.

I have a few more sets of images that I want to turn into gifs, but I don’t have the time right now.  Maybe as the anxiety about going back to work gets worse and I start to develop insomnia, I can work on them some more. :/

.

Chris pretty much took pictures the entire time we were there.  He got a lot of good candid shots.  Here are a few of my favorite pictures:

.

.

Okay, so not a candid, but I like it.

Spencer playing with Logan.  Spencer’s my favorite sibling.  It’s because we are both the middle children in our giant Brady Bunch family.

Valerie was assaulted by the propane tank.  It left a huge gash on her leg.  Ouch!

Grandma and her great-grandson.

 Texting.  Drinking (soda).  Napping.

3 generations of awesome.

The same picture as above + Jim.  Logan’s going to be just like his Uncle Jim… a crazy smart astrophysicist.

Not sure what was going on here!

Spending some time with Gramps.

A love of photography runs in the family!

Middle children are also the most beautiful.

There was a dinosaur loose in Dad’s backyard!

I love my ridiculous family.  I think we should have a birthday party for Dad every weekend!  We all get too busy and it’s fun when we can actually all sit down and spend time together.

And to wrap up this post, I leave you with a video.  Nothing particularly interesting happens.  In fact, he was laughing up a storm right before we turned the camera on.  As soon as we hit record, he stopped.  Figures.
