Nearly a month after Atticus turned one, we had his party. We were in the middle of a house remodel right around his actual birthday and then we went on a trip to California. When we got back, we were ready to party with our family and close friends.
We’ve kind of started a little first birthday tradition around here. For both boys’ first birthdays had a small party at the house… complete with Mexican food, a special cake from Whole Foods, a slide show of our favorite images on the TV, and plenty of beer. Because what fun is a first birthday without beer?! 🙂

We gave Atti a ball pit for his birthday so after most of our friends left, we blew it up! Of course, a huge ball war between Gramps and the boys broke out.
